Not pointing this week still food diary though been way bad today

Breakfast -
Pineapple and coconut juice
Caramel kitkat

Snack -
Half pack of ready salted squares

Lunch -
Half double cheese burger
Half a big mac
Handful of chips
Half a medium coke
Mars bar

Dinner-
3 slices restaraunte margarita pizza
1 slice pepperoni Chicago town takeaways pizza
1 slice ham and pineapple thin and crispy tesco pizza
Apple tart and custard

Snacks-
Mars bar
2 cartons blackcurrant Ribena
1 carton strawberry Ribena

Been so bad today but oh well it's only once in a while I suppose!
 
We've been packed since October had to move out of our other house so all our stuff is stored and were staying with family! Can't wait to get back to normal again lol, I'm not too worried about gaining weight iv gained slot less than average so not worried, this week I'm having off because were so busy but next week I'll be being careful again once I can start cooking properly :)
 
Saturday 4th feb 2012

Breakfast -
Mars bar

Lunch -
Cheese, ham, tomato and Mayo sandwich
Quavers
Caramel cake bar
Pepsi

Dinner -
Cheese and garlic chicken Kiev
Mashed potato
Baked beans
2/3 mars bar

Drank sprite zero rest of the day x
 
Been rushing about today buying bits for house

Breakfast -
1 slice toast w jam and flora

Snack -
Mars bar

Lunch -
Half medium burgerking fries w Mayo dip
Half chicken royale burger w cheese
Medium coke

Snack -
Large decaff caramel latte from costa
Mars bar

Not had tea yet just getting in bath cus I'm aching like mad going to have jacket potato beans and cheese though will finish diary when I go to bed x
 
Monday 6th feb 2012

Breakfast -
2 slices 50/50 with flora and strawberry jam
Mars bar

Lunch -
Micro pizza and micro chips
Mars bar

Dinner -
Big mac meal w Mayo for chips and medium coke



Don't know if I'll have anything else been a bad day today not felt 100% so ate crap been shopping so got a few bits in now for tomorrow etc

Breakfast -
2 slice toast w flora light and strawberry jam

Lunch -
2 slice bread w flora light
Big handful of chips
Ketchup
Few bites of cheese and onion pie

Snack -
Muller corner greek style black cherry

Dinner -
Portion of lasagne
Micro chips

Supper -
2 slices toast w flora light and strawberry jam

Lots of bread and carby things today need to watch that tomorrow x
 
Wednesday 8th feb 2012

Breakfast -
None

Lunch -
Packet of salt and vinegar squares
Mars bar

Dinner -
4 kfc mini breast fillets
Half a regular popcorn chicken
Chips
Large kfc gravy
Pepsi

Snacks -
2/3 a butterfinger bar
 
Not updated for a few days been so busy and ate crap, moving house today so going to be busy for next few days will start food diary again when more settled n iv not weighed because scales are packed up! x

Large sliced banana,
Strawberry muller light
Cup of coffee w SS milk and 1 sugar
Glass of sprite zero

Snack -
Large decaff caramel latte from costa

Lunch -
Medium crusty roll w flora light, Mayo, grated cheese and ham
Twirl
Glass of pepsi max

I'm not iv had takeaway and junk food everyday for the last week haha just trying to pull it back now were moved in lol x

Medium crusty roll w flora light, Mayo, grated cheese and ham

Snack -
Large cup of tea 1 sugar

Dinner -
2/3 chicken breast w BBQ sauce and mozzarella, 2 cheese and bacon potato skins and 4 garlic dough balls, sour cream
Sticky toffee pudding and custard

Did okay yesterday 3 proper meals so can't ask for much more,
Today I'm just at hosp now having my GTT so food will be abit messed up today I think!
 
Got shouted at yesterday for having ketones in wee, nurse said I need to eat more and more regularly and said it can be really dangerous eating low calories on pregnancy!
 
Tuesday 14th feb 2012

Breakfast -
None (GTT)
410ml lucozade

Snack -
Cheese sandwich

Lunch -
Costa blueberry muffin
Costa skinny caramel latte (regular)

Snack -
Coke, few handfuls of sweet popcorn (cinema)

Dinner -
2 chilli cheese hotdogs
Chilli cheese fries
Strawberry shape fat free yoghurt

Will probably have a snack later x
 
Yeah I'd already ate breakfast and lunch so she said it wasn't because I'd not eaten x

Ive not been counting at the moment but it's about 2200 when iv been pointing x
