Eeeek

Today so far tried abit harder to be more healthy!

Breakfast -
Grapefruit segments
Strawberry muller corner
Banana milkshake

Lunch -
Cheese and tomato sandwich
Half a plate of chips with blob of Mayo
Half a small chocolate brownie
Blackcurrant cordial

Dinner is going to be sausages, mashed potato yorskhire puddings, veg and gravy! Will try to fit in more fruit too if I can x
 
Still sick some days but iv given up that it's gunna go away conpletely now, I'm 18 weeks tomorrow going so fast! I weigh in tomorrow, I reckon iv put some on this week but I'm on track for what I wanted just got to be careful over Christmas and not go too mad but if I can't drink smoke or go out then I deserve some choc and treats over Christmas don't I xx
 
Put 2lbs on.. I know it's awful but I just hate seeing weight go up it makes me feel bad suppose it's just from spending so long dieting!

So stats now is 13st 12lbs (194lbs) -8lbs down from pre pregnancy.

Got 2 weeks to not gain 8lbs which is my goal but with Christmas in that 2 weeks I don't know how well I'll do!
Gunna try in between the Christmas meals out etc to be more healthy and start writing down food diary again!
 
I still fit in my jeans they do up fine, I have quite a big bump now and I can still fit in d everything just need to get used to it, don't go mad but at the same time enjoy it cus your gunna put weight on anyway, only fun thing we can do is eat!
 
Well was ill yesterday think I had a stomach bug so thrown up all day n didn't eat anything

Only had a club biscuit today so far and abit of coke cus there's nothing in and we can't get the car off the drive cus of the snow! Gunna get a takeaway tonight I think!
 
Sunday -

Original club biscuit
3 advent calendar chocs
Micro chips and pepperoni micro pizza
2x micro chips and 1 fried egg, bit of Mayo
Kinder bueno

Drinks - cherry coke, coke
 
Today so far

Breakfast - 2 kinder chocolate bars (small)
lunch - 1 sultana scone with butter, clotted cream and strawberry jam
Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs in homemade tomato garlic and mascarpone sauce (yum) with grated cheese on top

Drinks -
Lemon iced tea
Coke
Mango juice

Will no doubt have something later x

Lunch - small baguette with a few chips on and couple of onion rings, Mayo
1 advent calendar choc
Strawberries and cream pastry slice

Pepsi,
Mango juice

Just deciding what to do for tea now! Knackered so will be something quick and easy I think!
 
For tea had 3 thin sausages, scramblers eggs, beans and 2.5 slices of buttered toast,
Snacks - rolo yoghurt, kinder snack bar
Drinks - a big blackcurrant fruitshoot, glass of coke
 
Today -

Breakfast - none

Lunch - Hot roast chicken and Mayo sandwiches on crusty bloomer bread ( v thin sliced!) Rolo yoghurt

Snack - kinder snack bar

Dinner - cheese and onion pie, mashed potatoes, beans

Dessert - 4 profiteroles with chocolate sauce

Drinks - bottle of tango, carton of mango juice, few glasses of coke, cup of tea
 
Today -

Breakfast - 2 slices toast w butter, carton mango juice
Snack - big handful dried apricots
Lunch - 1.5 6inch turkey sub on italian herbs and cheese with double cheese, lettuce cucumber and tomato, extra light Mayo
Snack - 2 small kinder snack bars
Snack - maple krispy Kreme donut
Drinks - large coke cup, glass coke, big glass vimto

Feel like iv done quite well today, ate a few naughty snacks but meals not been bad!

Will eat lightly later on as didn't have that subway very long ago! x

Weigh in tomorrow
 
Just had 2 pieces of toast this evening so done okay, going out for lunch with my friend tomorrow and it's start of Christmas weekend so will be lots of treats around! Not going to worry though I'll have a better idea tomorrow after weigh in how naughty I can be! x

Half sticky toffee pudding with custard

Glass coke
Bottle iced tea
Carton mango juice

Not hungry so don't know what I'll be eating later, forgot to weigh in this morning so will do it tomorrow x

None

Snack -
Carton mango juice

Dinner -
1slice pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, 5 garlic doughballs, 2 cheese and bacon potato skins with sour cream, Mayo to dip
Bottle of alcohol free pear kopparberg

Snacks -
2 250ml size pepsi max
About 1/3 of a terrys choc orange!

Will obviously be going for it today and enjoying myself hehe

Very weak snowball
3 glasses White shloer
Prawn cocktail with prawns lettuce cucumber tomato and seafood sauce thick slick buttered brown bread
Turkey, 3 small goosefat roast potatos, scoop of mash, 2 scoops stuffing, tbsp cranberry sauce, broccoli, carrots, sprouts, parsnips, gravy
Coffee icecream caramel cheesecake type of thing small portion

Dinner - none too full!

Snack - snowball French fancy

Supper - 2 slices brown bread toast with butter, can pepsi,

Think I'll have another donut before bed and maybe some of my american sweets DH got me :) don't think I did too bad for christmas day!
 
So last night I had a bite of a vanilla cake krispy Kreme and about 3 grapevines (American liquorice type sweets)
And a can of pepsi max

Today i had a nice lie in so no breakfast

Lunch -
2 slices toast with lurpak
1 grapevine
Kinder egg
Cup of tea

Snacks -
Cup of tea
Bottle of coke

Don't think we will be eating a big tea, thinking sausage and egg sandwiches! x
 
So last night -

Snack - 3 slice malt loaf w lurpark

Dinner - 1.5 sausage sandwiches with ketchup, Rolo yoghurt

Today so far -

Breakfast -
5 milk duds ( choc caramel sweets)
Mcdonalds apple pie
Still fanta

Going to a party tonight so will be buffet!
