Well not been too bad and only an hour til DH home,
My friend come this morning we ended up going McDonald's for lunch and seeing DH at work on his dinner hour, then come home I felt ill so I'm sat on my bed teddy in basket next to me and Jesse in front room watching Cbeebies, I can hear him though and he keeps coming up and down telling me what's happening on telly haha x
Going to have a WW chocolate brownie dessert after dinner, really struggling today! Think it's the heat and I'm bloated! Scales showed a 2lb gain this morning which I'm hoping is just water retention! Should be gone by Friday if I keep drinking and stay within my calories!!
I think its the heat makes you swell up, so probably not a true gain, sounds like you had a lovely day apart from being ill! I often do the same thing wiv maisie once micky mouse is on she's glued to the tv and it gives me a chance to get stuff done. Big mac's arent too bad in calories better than my chicken deli which I had the other day x
Well yesterday was good calorie wise!

Were having a 'fry up' for tea, basically for me will be scrambled eggs, grilled sausage, some beans and toast! I'll pass on the hash browns, bacon and fried bread lol! got a prawn pasts salad for lunch so hopefully I can drink lots and have a lowish day!
Had a nice evening last night out for tea with DH and kids, our first time eating out with both and went surprisingly well
Back to it today for weigh in tomorrow!
Trying to stick to 1450cals today but if I really struggle I'll go up to my normal of 1680 cals x
