EESP, can you still have free foods as well as speed foods (not pasta, spuds, yogurts)

Hi all

I’ve been doing EESP for a couple of days I have so far just one question about free food

I know half the plate needs to be half speed food and half protein, I know potatoes and pasta are out as well as yogurt BUT can you have other free food besides the speed foods

Eg grapes, pineapple, banana, parsnips, peas, sweet corn?

Any advise would be great thanks x

Thanks nanny Doreen, I’m happy not having potatoes and pasta on SP but tonight I’m having winter roast veg with my steak instead of potatoes but it’s predominantly parsnip in there lol.
