I remember reading on here somewhere that an egg was ok? or did i?

Anyways.. day 3 i had an egg with salad instead of chicken.. is this ok? or have i made a mistake?

Also.. are we limited to chicken, tuna or white fish.. or can we use others like roast beef or anything?

I read you could have an egg, but be careful of the yolk as it's very high in fat.
Someone mentioned they had half a tin of tuna and half an egg.

As for beef and stuff no idea sorry I'm on day one for a couple of weeks so not looking that far forward lol

Hey hun. Yes eggs are allowed. 2 eggs = 1 portion. If you want tuna and egg salad have 1/2 tin tuna and 1 egg. If you want egg with a chicken salad have 1/2 the amount of chicken and 1 egg ... get what im trying to say?! :giggle:

Yes I suppose you could have beef - just be careful of how its cooked etc. For refeed i'd stick to the sheet to the letter so white fish, tuna, chicken, turkey, mince, ham. You can have salmon, its reccomended we have an oily fish once a week. You can also have pork loins (remove all the fat!) too :)

Hope this helps a little x
