egg white omlette

    Diet:
    Maintaining SW
    I've been enjoying lots of these this week. Only 14 cal per egg white, can always have one egg and two whites to beef it out!

    I use one cal spray then add a filling

    Mushrooms under 20cals
    Extra light cheese
    Shredded turkey
    Onion
    Low low cheese
    Green beans (delish with mushroom)

    Sure its nothing new but if it gives someone an idea its all good Xx

    I spotted some cartons of egg whites in Sainburys... Will give them a whirl :) x
