    Hi Folks.

I've not posted for ages due to one thing and another.

I stopped CD on December 6th due to Kidney Stones.
I still have them, one in my right Kidney, and one in my left Uretor.
Been in hospital over xmas but due to the size of them, they wont pass, they've both been treated with Shockwave, but with no effect.
So i'm back in again next week for more intense treatment/surgical removal.

Quite disapointed, as i was getting along well on CD. Although not sure what contribution effects CD has been.
I was told by my GP to stop, which i have done.

Only bonus is, i've only gained 2lbs since then, so i'm maintaining my weight, just need to think of another way to get to my goal.

Has anyone else suffered this on CD ?

    Hope everyone is well.
    Tomtom. :)

Hi tomtom, sorry to hear of your troubles.

Im no expert but I believe kidney stones can be atrributed to any kind of rapid weight loss - not just a VLCD.

REally hope you are treated soon so you can continue your weight loss xx
