    hey hun, well done on your first proper sw meal.. im just cooking free spag bol, but as im on a red day i can only have 35g of pasta... when david saw how much he was like can u just throw e in more babe.. trying not to laugh.. needless to say i get really stuck on red days so going back to green tomorrow.. so the plan is..

    original oat so simple (HE B)
    milk (HE A) sweetner + cup of tea

    Lunch, im at college so pasta mug shot and apple (free) + flavoured water

    Dinner
    2 jacket potatoes and quorn chilli (free)
    sprinkle of grated cheese (he a)

    evening snacks
    slice of toast (he b)
    low fat marg 1.5 syns
    skinny cow ice lolly 5syns
    mullerlight

    hope fully ill stick to it!! taking sweetner to college tomorrow and my milk allowance as we get free tea and coffee.
