Ok so yesterdays menu was

B - 3 Boiled Eggs
L - Chicken, Lettuce, cucumber mixed iwth mayo
T - Cooked whole chicken just nibbled bits (well about half actually)

Total carbs for day 8.7 (including 2 decaf coffee with sweetener
 
Todays menu

B - 1 and a half Sausage, 3 bacon, 2 eggs, mushrooms
L - same as yesterday with leftover chicken from last nights tea
T - Homemade burger on spinach, lettuce, and cabbage

Total Carbs - 13.2 (Only 6.8 leafy greens!!!) Must try harder tomorrow

How are you today hun? I have still lost that 3lb half expected to have put it back on today as thats how thing have gone so far so am still very pleased. Its amazing how much more will power you have when you are loosing

Well, I was a 56" Chest, I'm now 48, I was a 52" waist that's now 36" or 38" depending on which shop I get my trousers from and I have no idea on my arse but it was huge and I don't really have one now Em. LOL
 
Can't wait to loose mine haha. Lost another lb this morning but its official weigh day tomorrow so hopefully 4 this week which I will be very pleased with. As i said on Annie's post I got measure and have lost 3 inches on bust waist and hips so thats great

Morning everyone just got weighed official weigh in day today and I have lost 5lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't beleive it thats more than my first week. I am so so pleased I can't tell you just going to change my ticker woo hoo. Thanks again people for your help and advice I think me and cheese are definately over forever xxxx
 
Just up dated my ticker and realised I actually put a pound on last week!!! So even more please form 1 on to 5 off just by stopping cheese!!

day before Yesterdays menu was

L - Tuna, egg, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, mayo
T- Bacon sausage, mushrooms egg

2 Coffee's with cream and sweetener

Total Carbs - 12.2 (6.7 leafy greens and mushrooms)

Yesterdays menu was

B- 3 Boiled eggs (must think of a new breakfast)
L - As yesterday
T - Gammon and egg

Atkins bar, and 1 coffee

Total carbs 12.5
