Emma, how come your first goal is 7.5 rather than 7? It seems a bit random, just wondering if there was a reason behind it? :)

I'm not sure actually Jess lol i think its cos of the way i entered my first goal weight into my ticker lol. I've changed it now so it matches my first goal:D

Or that Spinning marlarky you'd have to be a sadist to enjoy it haha!!!

I'm definately sticking to walking:D
