Emmas SW Food Diary :)

Day 32 - I have just realised I have so much lined up over the next week its going to be impossible to be 100%, but I suppose you only turn 30 once! I will do my best to stay as much on track as I can!

B - 2 x Alpen Lights (Hexb) Apple
L - Mugshot, Shape Zero Yoghurt, Apple
D - Have left over chicken, carrots and brocoli to use up tonight, will wither have a kind of stir fry or make a chicken omlette with vegies, will make sure its syn free wither way!

Day 33 - Ended up have a sneaky white choc options last night.... so much for my syn free day, could have been worse I suppose (2 syns)!

L - Left overs from last night with pasta & Apple
D - Beef in black bean & Boiled Rice (5.5 syns)
Evening snack - Grapes

I have worked out my syns for this week to be around 90 so not as bad as I thought but much more than I usually have so we will see how tomorrow reflects that, the only good thing with weighing in on your birthday is it cant get you down as much lol
 
Day 34 - OMG IM 30!!!! lmao!

Well today has been ok, after my weekend of naughtiness I got a STS and im sure it was deserved but im blaming *week as I didnt go that far over my syns!

D - Going out for a meal at TGI's am going to try and be good :)
 
Day 35 -

Had a lovely meal last night, start of a new week today and will need most of this weeks syns for my bday party on saturday so I MUST be an angel lol

L - Jacket potato, Tuna, Peppers & Majo (1 1/2 syns) / Pint of Squash

Day 36 - It was my birthday party today and although I watched everything I ate, I didnt count my drinks so im calling today a flexisyn day and will limit myself for rest of week for hopefully another STS, its all finished with now so im hoping I can be 100% from now on, at least till xmas anyway! lol

Day 37 - Very hungover so not very hungry.

D - Going to mums for a roast but will be good and get her to dry roast me some potatoes!

Back to it big time from tomorrow, just got to get a big shop in!
 
Day 38 - Dont you just love Mondays NOT!!! Have decided to have a break from my nights out for a good 2 or 3 weeks and get back on SW 100%, could do with saving the money too lol

Day 39 - Was very organised today, my Daddy bought me a slow cooker for my birthday and have set it up and filled it with lots of veg and some beef on my way out to work! Cant wait to get home :) Just got to get the kids to eat it hehe

Day 41 - Lost 1 1/2 tonight which im over the moon with after my naughty weekend, going to be extra good this week and try to get my stone shiney :)

Snack - had a mad moment with a galaxy ripple and chocolate options - 10.5 syns, so so good though, worth going without a drink this weekend for :)
D - Chilli (3) & Rice

Day 44 - Had a nice day at home with my babies today, doesnt happen often so enjoyed being lazy!!

L - Pork filet wrapped in parma ham and stuffing mix, with roasted new potatoes in garlic and herb, brocoli and leeks - This was amazing from last months magazine. 2 syns + gravy 2.5 (4.5 syns)
D - Had lunch late so probably melon and shape zero

Had a sneeky galaxy ripple earlier too, really shouldnt keep chocolate in the house! (8.5 syns)

Syns today - 13 - used so far this week - 36.5 :)
 
DAY 45 - Half term week which means more time at home... must be good!

Day 48 - Well yesterday started off so well...

B - Muller Light, Grapes
L - Orange, Apple & Hifi Bar

Then I went to weigh in and lost 1lb and im happy about this now, but yesterday I was gutted as had really good week, C thinks its because i was too good and didnt use enough syns! But yesterday I was so upset I went on a mission.... to the fish and chip shop!! Angry with myself now but hey ho, I will get back to it today and at least it was 1lb in the right direction!!

Day 50 - OMG 50 days in and still loving it! Cant believe ive lasted this long so proud of myself, even if ive had my naughty moments lol
