Trying Hard!
Hi everyone, I have been keeping a diary since day 1 but have only just now decided that I should put one here so here goes.
I am on CD. I SS for the first 9 weeks but then started fainting because I was taking so much exercise what with formal activities and chasing a toddler around. So then I moved onto 790 and it has been working really well for me.
I have been finding it really easy until last week when loads of emotional stuff came and hit me between the eyes and I ended up with a 2 day binge which could have been a lot worse but wasn't great for the diet and ended me with a 1lb gain on Monday night. I was so angry and disappointed and upset and angry (worth mentioning twice) with myself but I realised that I have a major food addiction and CD is working and helping me deal with the weight and the food issues and one little blip on week 13 is nothing to stress about. so I am right back at it big style and hoping I get great news on Monday.
but boy is it hard this week, one binge has really made the cravings awful and although I am being good it's almost killing me. but I am still a massive CD advocate and I have to remind myself that I am almost 5 stone down in just 13 weeks and am down from a size 30 to a size 20 already so that's worth celebrating and keeping me motivated
anyway, as you can see, I'm a rambler so I will pickle off now, thanks for listening.
