End of week one weigh in results

    Well i have compleated the first week on this crazy journey :eek: & i have to say the week has really dragged.
    Anyway, been on the scales this morning (i started with packs i had left over a day b4 seeing my CDC, so weigh ins & ticker will show results on MY scales)
    Pleased to say i have lost 9lbs, which i am really pleased about, even though fo some reason i have put on 1/2lb overnight :confused:.
    Here's to another week

    Has nobody mentioned the secret little pixie that comes in the night, you got off lighly with half a pound sometimes the little devil can deposit several!! ;)

    As Georgie said, don't worry about the little overnight gains - they soon go. Its usually down to water retention and drinking more the next day gets rid of it.
