Eurgh Feel Pants!

Hi Everyone,

I'm a WW goer, but i've encorporated low carbs since it wasn't doing a lot for my weight loss.

I've done Atkins before, and I ended up feeling really ill. Really lethargic and achey and tired and faint at some points. After a few days I felt better, but thats where i'm at now i've started it again.

Am I doing it wrong? Or is this my body getting used to no carbs to rely on?

Sounds like Atkins flu you've got. Not sure about the feeling faint though.
I will pass pretty quickly & you'll be feeling great :)

I remember WW being low fat, but low carb is usually quite high in fat. More than 60% of our calories are supposed to come from fat alone.

You're not trying to survive on a low-fat, low-carbohydrate diet are you? That would leave you with no energy at all.

Best to pick one or t' other, I think.
