Everyday's a SW day...take two! :)

happy saturday peeps :D

another successful day on plan for me....yay!

DAY - EE

Breakfast:
rice with banana, blueberries, blackberries, frozen raspberries and yog

Lunch:
egg wrap with quorn sausage (and one on the side lol)
nectarine

Snack:
sw chips with chip sprinkle (was heading out for dinner later and hungry about 5 ish so had these to tide me over rather than get too hungry and risk off plan foods!)

Dinner:
Nandos! plain butterfly chicken cooked with no skin, spicy rice, salad, corn and halloumi

HEb: 2 x hifi light
HEa: halloumi....bloody love that stuff, only ever had it from nandos - must look out for it

Syns:
chip sprinkle - 0.5
spicy rice - 2
chicken - 1 (it's 3 with the skin so not sure if it's free without? but 1 would cover oil??)
walkers pops - 4
2 celebrations - 4

11.5 for the day....so enough to cover the chicken at nando's if 1 syn isn't enough?

Dinner:
quorn burger on wm roll with cheese, onions and sw chips :drool:

HEb's:
1/2 scan bran cake/hifi light
60g wm roll

HEa's:
20g cheddar stick x 2

Syns:
mini cone - 2.5
2 celebrations - 4
crisps - 5.5

How did you do your burgers? I've not seen extra lean turkey mince for ages...can't remember if I got mine before from aldi?

I'm really pleased that I didn't go AWOL...usually I'd think aww you've had a few crisps or whatever, you may as well have everything else...but I didn't!
And I got up this morning and ate sw style so it's all good ;)

Just heading out for dinner...persuaded my OH to do nandos meaning I can stay on plan again...yay!

What you up to tonight huni? Anything exciting?

Wasn't up to anything much tbh! Lol nandos is great I love that we can eat healthily there and not feel like we're missing out.

i just did the burgers the same as beef burgers! Asda does the turkey breast mince thats lean, they changed the labelling now extra lean is just lean.

food looking good again :) x

i keep forgetting that the label's changed...i need to spend a wee bit more time looking properly...i kinda skim past and if extra lean doesn't reach out and tap me on the shoulder...i think there's none! lol

yep, loving nandos too...but my OH doesn't - think it's cos he doesn't really know what he's doing cos he's only been twice but i warned him on saturday to learn...cos i'll be wanting us to go every now and then to keep me on plan! lol x

ach it's just so hard at times...sometimes i wonder if we'll ever be truly happy...or when the constant battle with the scales will stop! :(

oh i love McCoys too....they are always on my list when i'm off plan...well, there's no point in being off plan and having a packet of hoops and crosses is there ;) lol

i love the halloumi from nandos...hadn't had it before until recently and i love it!
was looking for it tonight in asda but couldn't see it...i dunno what i'm looking for - is it in a block, a bag, slices???x

8 for the day

don't seem to have eaten that much today compared to other days. i've been on the go most of the day and just got home from shopping so i've got some syns to play with if i'm still hungry after my crisps etc

didn't have time to prepare myself a decent lunch for work tm...hate that :(
i've grabbed a mugshot and some fruit but it annoys me a bit! lol x

Halloumi is with like the mozzarella and feta type cheeses, it's in a block type of thing yeah! Not sure how much you get for hexa? I'm loving feta at the min, apetina light is great! X

Not really tried feta so can't say if I'm a fan
It's 35g of halloumi so thanks for pointing me in the right direction...I'll have a look next time :) x

superfree galore today...ditched the emergency mugshot and filled up on fruit instead ;) x

boiled egg, a yog & a pineapple stick

baked potato with cottage cheese, cold meat, homemade coleslaw and salad

17.5g oats/hifi light

HEa:
milk in 2 cuppas

Syns:

mayo - 1
hoops and crosses - 4
mini malteser bunny - 3

9 for the day

lots of superfree again today....feeling really bloated tho and having bother at the loo - dunno how with the fruit and veg i've eaten!? :( (TMI! lol)
hoping for another good loss on fri....but won't get my hopes up!

also....dunno why my pics never upload in the right order....bit of a random thought from me there but it kinda bugs me...OCD-ish?? hehe

More water Hun? It's all the fibre in the f&v maybe bloating. Food looks it's usual yummy ness :)

I always drink lots but wondering if it was maybe the scan bran I had on Sunday? The plan is lots more water/ squash tomorrow then WI on Friday...eeek! Lol x

Good luck with WI today hun, your meals have been looking fabbo recently! You have had a great week, but try by to be despondent if it's not another 4.5 lbs!!!!! Any loss is a loss!!

Btw - I tried your sausage and egg wrap! OMG my new fave breakfast! I can't so Quorn tho - yuck. But I love the be good to yourself saussies, so I have been using them. Xxx

My super duper week gave me 1lb off this morning!
Pissed but yep, a loss is a loss :-/

I love the wraps too and I do like the frozen quorn sausages so I use them...but good too with the lower syn'd ones
Are the bgty sausages still 1/2 a syn?x
