yeah you get a little booklet/leaflet telling you the outline of the diet and theres a section to keep track of your weight loss, to be honest i read mine then it went in the bin. You get more information off here than the booklet.
Yeah I wondered that too and managed to find somewhere to download it... can't remember where now, d'oh! The main thing I wanted was the list of foods you can have during AAM week. I'll try to track down the link I got it from if you'd like a look? But like people say there's a lot more info asking the experts on here!
