Exante Diet

Need your advice, has anyone on the Exante Diet, had two packs and one low carb meal on a regular basis? Does the diet still work

Hi there, just thought Id bump your thread up.

Im doing TS so cant comment on the losses but I think a couple of people are doing working solutions

If you stick to the rules WS is very effective. I had a great first few weeks but I'm prob more like SS now so the weightloss has slowed a bit but I know if I was stricter it would speed up
