Exante for 10 days - what loss can be expected ?? If any !!

Hi , I'm only doing exante for 10 days as its my daughters christening next Sunday , so I will be having a day off for that , not going to go mental but want a few wines .

How much can I be expected to lose , I know it depends on weight to begin with etc . I'm trying to use this as a kick start to dieting then ( just doing 10 days , then back to slimming world ) but I'm not finding the diet to bad . I seem to be able to stick to it knowing I can just have the shakes , soups , etc ! Loving the meal packs they are lovely .

Most of what you do lose will be water weight to be honest. People lose lots of different amounts on their first week, you'll just have to wait and see I'd say! I would have recommended you wait until after the Christening though and then hit SW straight after the 10 days, as drinking if you're still in ketosis on Sunday will be dangerous - just try to be careful!
