Hi everyone, im trying to decide between these too plans at the moment. Has anyone did both at some time? Which one did you prefer? I know Lipotrim is that bit cheaper but it's the simpleness of being able to order Exante online that i like. If i ordered Exante today (Friday) how long would it take for my packs to arrive? Ohhh and what are the bars like on Exante are they nice or just edible? I was thinking if i did go for Exante i would order the variety pack tho im not too keen on soups to be honest but could always put some chillis or something in them to liven them up a bit, does anyone do this with the soups?

    :welcome2: Ebony,

I can't give you much advise on Lipotrim i'm afraid, i have never done that plan.
I've been doing Exante for 4 weeks now and it has suited me really well....i'm really enjoying it.
I do find some of the flavours a little bland but i always add pepper or worcester sauce to the soups or a tablet sweetner to the shakes.
If you order by 3pm today you would normally get them the next day, they do a very good service.
I really like the bars, the are quite large and filling...i always sit down with a cup of coffee to drink with them as they can be quite dry but the flavours are good.

    Welcome Ebony.

I agree with every that DM has said. There is more choice on exante also and the bars are great. I have read that lipotrim bars are not nice. I would say give exante a go for a week and see how you get on.

    Hi DM

Thanks for the advice what sweetener tablet do you use? I previously did CD and the flavors were really nice a bit too nice tho and usually brought out cravings in me which wasn't too good, and the CD bars are lovely but not very satisfying i always wanted more  so im hoping if i do try Exante the bars especially will fill me up a bit more. And i hated the fact of going to someones house for my CD packs every week at least with Exante i can order them over the net :p hassle free :D

    Hi sarah

Ive also heard the Lipotrim bars can be quite nasty tasting. You have done so well although ive just joined i have been following your progress and it was actually reading your thread that i found out about Exante! So than you :D I think i have decided to go with Exante.

I was going to order the variety pack but im really not that keen on soups so ill probably just make my own order of the packs and bars that i want, it's a little more expensive but will be worth it i think ;)

    Hi Ebony,
I use the sweetex tablet, they're in a white tube with a green top. I use them with my coffee too. They definately perk up the shakes.
How much do you have to lose hun? Do you know which plan you want to follow? How did you get on with CD?
Tell me to shut up if i'm asking to many questions lol!
I totally agree with the CD products being tasty but deffo the bars left me wanting more.

Hi DM you ask away ;)

I have about 8 stone in total to loose but if i loose even half of that I'll be happy, im following TS on Exante is suits me best well im hoping it does lol. On CD i got on quite well i lost almost 2 stone in 6 weeks but the bars and some shakes left me with cravings and that led to disaster! So im hoping the Exante bars wont be as sweet.

Arrrgggghhh my order still isn't here and it's gorgeous outside and im stuck in doors waiting for something that probably won't come till next week
    typical just my luck!

Can't comment on lipotrim as never heard of it apart from on here but wanted to pick yours and DM's brains about CD if i could

Don't know if you read my other post but am going to try CD after my month on Exante mainly for the variety and cheapness aspect because i can choose whatever i want and it will still work out cheaper than the Exante promo packs because i won't have to pay postage.
Anyway just wondered if anyone could give me any tips on which shakes and bars are the nicest so i don't buy a load of really icky stuff!
Also are any of the bars bigger than others/different texture etc if so what are they like? I prefer cereal/crunchy type bars to chewy nougat style ones.

Sorry to be a pain, hope you don't mind me taking over your thread with questions about CD

    Hi Vicky,
I find all of CD shakes very nice. The choc mint were really tasty, i also loved banana and cappucino (hot). I found the toffee and walnut too sickly and the Choc orange is def an aqquired taste.
Never been too keen on any of the soups, especially the broccoli and cheese. The rest were ok.
The bars are all lovely, but they aren't cerial type bars. They are quite chewy, nougaty and very sweet. They were all about the same size, but left me wanting more.

When are you going to start CD?

Have you thought about posting a thread on the cd forum about the flavours?

Thanks DM, yeah i think i will post on CD about the bars as i do like the crunchy texture not sure i will look forward to nougat type bars quite so much.

I'm going to see the CDC on friday and hopefully will start on CD products on monday as don't want to waste the last of my Exante products, hopefully the CDC won't mind me doing that.

I'm still going to post on here though and check the weigh in thread to see how everyones getting on. :)

Hi Vix, the shakes on CD are really nice and no need for a sweetener in them either, hot chocolate and hot chocolate mint were my favorites i could have lived off them! Im not too keen on their soups but some others seem to like them. The bars are lovely they taste like real chocolate bars the only one i didn't like was the cranberry one, i wouldn't say they were crunchy but also not cereal like either, they taste delicious and sometimes it seems one just isn't enough, they are all the same size also. I would put one in freezer and it seemed to last much longer that way. I was always tempted to eat more than one bar on CD that's why im hoping Exante bars wont have the same effect and will be more satisfying.

PS i wouldn't have said they were chewy nougat style either but every one has different tastes ETC.
