Exante Diet
Start weight 12stone 10lbs
1st Goal weight 11stone 10lbs hopefully in 28 days

September 19th
Day1
vanilla shake
toffee bar
thai chicken soup
water 2.5 litres
went ok struggled to drink water but no pain no gain

September 20th
Day2
banana shake
choc orange bar
vegetable soup
water 3.5 litres
managed the water today was easier being in work.
exercise: aquatone session 45mins and bike ride to and from work and gym.
Going ok so far.

September 21st
Day3
chocolate shake (hot)
toffee bar
mushroom soup
water 4 litres
Still going strong no cheats think I could get used to this.
exercise: Abs blast 30mins and Zumba class 45 mins back2back
roll on first weigh in!!!

September 22nd
day 4
strawberry shake
choc orange bar
tomato and basil soup
water 6 litres
mood: still going strong but no gym classes tonight which means I have to smell the lads tea, so sitting in my room till they finish to keep from temptation.
still not resisted any cravings and determined to have lost 14lbs by the end of the 28 days fingers crossed guys!!
 
I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you that you make your goal! I'm sure you will do amazingly looking at all the exercise you're doing. :) Good luck!
