Hi everybody :) I'm on my 3rd day today. I've been 100% and a good girl. Woke up today and feel weak and like shaky inside. :wave_cry: I'm empty but not hungry ( well not yet). Just phoned my boss I can't work today. I just feel like I need to stay in my bed. And I have a cold to make it worse. :sigh:So, had 1/5 of my toffee bar (a little slice) and some water and now I'm going to hug my pillow. I try to take it easy and relax. Soon should be better, shouldn't it? :confused:

Hi Biggie, I hope you feel better soon. I'm on my third day too. Feel a bit rubbish, like you I'm not hungry, just a little shakey and have a stomach ache too.

I went to bed at 7pm last night! I felt really low and tired. I know it's only temporary though, I think I should be ok by Saturday, at least I hope I am! :)

Just keep thinking about that first weeks weigh in!! I know I am!! x

Hey I am on day 4 and I feel pretty rubbish at the moment. Really do not want to be in work today as feel like I could sleep all day. Looking forward to when I get the burst of energy! Get better soon. Also keep it up lana_b! x

Hi guys, im on Day 3 too:) we have a little club it seems.

anyways Im feeling less rumbly and my keto stick has coloured itself a bit pink.Its only the begining of the day but if this is ketosis kicking in i think i will manage to put off having my shake till lunch and it wont feel as much of a struggle as yesterday :-0

Yes that be good I'd like to be in this club too -I'm on day 3 too. Just had my mushroom soup -still tastes pretty good !!

I'm bad i weighed myself all 3 days 2x. -So far Ive lost the grand total of 1lb but maybe cos I went into ketosis so quick and obv . haven't been eating many carbs so no big loss of -what ever its called -glyocogen?

Yes! wed WI club.
Im a once a day in the morning weigher but i dont feel bad about that i just like to know where i am and to see how widly weight can fluctuate during the week.

Hooray for Wednesday Weigh In's, whoever gets there first on Wednesday can start the thread :) I haven't weighed myself yet, I don't think I could face any disapointment if there was any!!!

Thank you lana_b :) I had a nap. Still not hungry at all. Feel not that great but well, no pain no gain. So I'm having my toffee bar now with a big cup of peppermint tea. Then water and being good. I want to manage to the end of this day. And then we will see.
My wi is on Wednesday too and I'd love to see a big difference on the scale :D So, Wednesday WI Girls!!! Let's kick it together!!!! :)

Aww I am a Tuesday weigher! All on my own! I am not sure if I am in ketosis as haven't brought the sticks! X

I didn't buy ketostix too. I may go for a walk and grab one when I feel better. Now I'm all rubbish but this is what we should expect anyway getting into ketosis. So, I hope, tomorrow or Sunday will be better and in ketosis! :)

I've just had the veggie soup and it was nice mmmm... :)
You all be good and stay on 100% to the end of this week, then till Wednesday WI! then another week...and then... yes we can do it together! :)

Hello everyone! 100% day 4 on! Keep going and don't give up! :) I've just had my choc&orange bar. And have to tell you that after few days it seems to be huge. I may half it and have a little nibble early and then the other half at like 10-11am. I am not an expert but I think it is good to have something to eat more often and regularly deliver some fuel to you body, so it keeps the metabolism up an going. If we don't eat anything for long time, hours, all day or so, it does slow down. Am I right?
A great news is: I am in Ketosis!!! :D not hungry at all, feel good. Waiting for the energy boost to come :)
Keep it up 100% cos we can do it! :)
