Hi Tasha, only Exante for 6 days, going into my 7th, I had to have lunch with clients last week as well and took my shakes along, sad probably, but they had a good laugh but could clearly see why I have gone on this diet. Anyway welcome to this forum, lots and lots of good support here. Good luck with the diet, working for me.


Are We There Yet?
Yes, Tasha....Best to go low carb. People reckon it helps withdrawal. I shovelled cakes back that had not sold at my event on the sunday (not all of them lol) and had a lamb Bhuna and rice. Started on the monday and have never had a headache. I usually have bad withdrawal when I low carb lol

But for the most part, going low carb seems the general idea people go for :)

Welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy Exante as much as us :)
If you feel like you have to eat...go for meat (preferably chicken) and green salad/green veg. Stay away from the carbs!!

Goodluck..You will get a little booklet with your bumper back, which isnt the most informative of things in the world, but it does give you a couple of ideas meal wise!
