Exercise and SnS

Hiya all. Im the biggest couch potato known to mankind however I quite fancy doing some exercise and have signed up for Race For Life later in the year. Just wondering how people do the diet with exercise. Extra packs before or after? Etc.

Love swimming but fancy exercise biking

Any tips?
 
When did you start s&s?

I found that I couldn't do much exercise wise for the first 3 months and became dizzy easily! However in the last 2 months I've went on treadmill building up 2mins run 1 min walk, almost at 29 mins run now!

Doable- but listen to your body! I'd start slow paced and then build up resistance and time, having a break if you feel you need it! No passing out at the gym! ;)
 
Thanks. Only been doing it a few weeks ... On mainly but a few days falling off.

Do you have more packs when you exercise?

I'd have my protein meal after the gym and normal amount of packs for the day. When I've been ill I've had extra packs or another protein meal!
