Hi Folks!
Having experienced the "joys" (NOT!) of trying to get back into ketosis countless times over the last 8-9months and failing miserably i took the bull by the horns last week and eased myself into it by reducing my carbs gradually all week and re-introducing the CD shakes etc.
I actually couldn't believe it this afternoon when i realised i was in ketosis already with relatively little pain compared to the first time i did it eek:nightmareville). I sorta followed the sticky at the top of the threads and can defo recommend this to anyone wishing to restart. After so many failures it's great to back in control - roll on the first weigh in!
