Exercise, Getting back on track

I've had a few more Wii sessions but I was getting peed off by the continuing unable to connect to the servers for easports or the minimins online group. It turns out that the servers are closed down now and easports is no longer supported so it's adios to the online group.
 
I'm back on the exercise trail. I've exercised daily for the last week. A mixture of my multi gym, using a low weight stack and lots of fast controlled reps, and the Wii, using easports2, wii fit and wii sports. It's hard work with a knackered knee but with a bit of adapting it's paying off, 2.7kg loss over the last 2 weeks.
 
Still going strong with a mixture of both multi gym and Wii. I'm thinking of adding a bit of pilates/yoga to the mix.
