Hi guys! I was just wondering if any other Mums out there have advice on how to fit an exercise routine into their day, when already having a million and one things to do?
I aim to get up before the children to do my weekday workouts
Weekends I get them to join in
Some days I simply opt for a house work session
Other days I have a lie in!
Thanks trimlee! I have a 10 month old son and he wakes up at 5:00 - 5:30am for the day, so getting up earlier is impossible when I'm a bit sleep deprived as it is! I guess I'll just put my tunes on while he's having his nap and do my chores bopping to some music! arty0049:
