Exercise !!!!

extra 16 mins cross trainer and 15 mins step. :) hoping i have lost this week!!!

its a v fit sydney - ebay for 30 quid :) needs oiling mind. dont think it would be good for hour sessions its not that stable lol. but it does me fine.

Day off all exercise for me today (good job one of my calf muscles is hurting!)
 
just done my first 5 mile run down gym tonight i am bollaxed if i am honest not even that fast 10.2 kmph
 
oh well done! 5 miles!!!
i slept in this morning - so only 100 leg masters
will do step, shake weight, cross trainers and supermarket dash later

Sorry, I mean damn well done to you Andy - I predict a half marathon in the spring for you my lad! :D

I did nothing again today, bit apathetic this week, and weather atrocious - will try tomorrow. I did buy a running magazine with the weekly shop though - surely that counts for something? :confused:
 
was it womens running????? cant believe they have dedicated a whole magazine to that! ive got womans health and fitness of summat to read on t train tomorrow !!!! i did hour of cleaning and 11 mins cross trainer ;)
 
Runner's world Vicky. I only bought it because the whole family got to choose a mag during grocery shopping yesterday (mainly to keep the troops in order) but it's absolutely fab and full of super-useful running-type information! Why was I never made aware of the existance of this publication before??? :confused:

Possibly as a consequence of this, I ran 8.2 miles this morning. With hangover. It was good. Slow though - 10mins 30 secs per mile.
 
lol waterworks taken me months go get up to that speed i am not a natural runner in anyway shape or form.
 
Erm... I marched for an hour on the spot in front of my TV...

I hurt my arm lifting the wine bottle. Still I got plenty of heart exercise watching England play Samoa, dear god what a dogs breakfast of a game.

Am - 100 leg masters, shake weight and 7 mins cross trainer
Pm - 30 mins of cross trainer/step

(tbh i could have gone on for more on the cross trainer this morning but i would have been late for work!)
