I did nothing again today, bit apathetic this week, and weather atrocious - will try tomorrow. I did buy a running magazine with the weekly shop though - surely that counts for something?

I only bought it because the whole family got to choose a mag during grocery shopping yesterday (mainly to keep the troops in order) but it's absolutely fab and full of super-useful running-type information! Why was I never made aware of the existance of this publication before???
Possibly as a consequence of this, I ran 8.2 miles this morning. With hangover. It was good. Slow though - 10mins 30 secs per mile.
