I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!
Grabbed the bull by the horns today and did my 'usual' Sunday morning run of 8.2 miles. It was -2 when I set out at 9am, so when I came back my breath had condensed around my nose. Not a good look for me.
Totally fab though. I was much much slower than I had been - what a difference three weeks makes. BUT - I did it, my back is no worse, and I feel gooooooooood!![]()
