A gym ball and a skipping rope! Gym ball is fantastic for toning your core areas and skipping is like running at home. I have been doing both and it has helped so much!

I've been going swimming quite a bit it doesn't feel like exercise :giggle:
Every swimming baths has an adults only session and its mainly people wanting to lose weight. Its also fun and at 514.5 calories burned in an hour well worth it!

You can also do simple weights for bingo wings - just grab two tins - or two water bottles (full) and do multiple arms stretches in every direction possible. And use the stairs - just up and down the bottom one over and over - it's amazing how quickly your heart rate goes up.

And remember if you want to do sit ups a stomach crunch is just as good as sitting all the way up - it uses the same amount of muscles and energy. x
