    :) HI

im just curious, im an apple shape body, i.e. small bust, belly, skinny legs :( does any one know of any particular exercises to fight this? As i loose weight the belly stays yet the others go...which i can not afford :p

Also wondering if anyone knows of any good work out DVD's, theres so many i dont want to choose a celeb load of C***!!!

    Graciás :)

Hmmmm crunches/sit ups is all I can think of to just target the tummy area but general exercise and weight loss will help you lose weight from wherever you are storing it. Although it may seem to come off some areas first it will all even out in time.

You can't change your shape but you can make it smaller than it is

Hmmm nor me! Have you tried googling it (Anaerobic)? If you can join your local gym (council ones are quite reasonable) they can usually tailor a programme to help you target your problem areas
