Pregnancy Extra a & b choices?

Can any1 clear up if ur supposed 2 have an extra A & B choice whilst following EE & pregnant? & also should you b having 10 or 15 syns? Iv bn googling it for days & getting a mixture of answers! I jst couldn't face starting a new group at the moment but really want 2 minimise any weight gain! X

And the same amount of syns as you usually have on EE

So you can have up to 15 syns per day.
