Extra Easy all the way!!

Back on the SW plan seen as it totally worked before but I stopped doing it and went to America to eat my body weight in McDonalds!

Just want to make sure I remember the plan so adding my daily eats on here...appreciate any feedback :)

This might be a trail run for Jan 1st but I'll see how it goes.

Day 1 -

B: 1 x Wholemeal Toast (under 56g) HeB, with baked beans and a poached egg.

L: Cous Cous, lettuce, red kidney beans, tinned new potatoes, yellow pepper, balsamic vinegar

Snack: tea with one sugar (1 syn) 1 quality street (2.5 syns)

D: Icelands batters haddock (8.5 syns) new potatoes and loads of veg!
