After my WI today I've decided that I'm going to give EE plan a try. I discussed a bit with my C, but could anyone just refresh my mind again on what I'm supposed to eat. From what I understand it's any Free Red Choice (ie- chicken, meat, fish) + any Free Green Choice (rice, pasta, lentils) + 1/3 super free food (fruit or veg) + 1 HXA +1 HXB?
Is that it? What about snacking between meals- can I still have any free red or green? Also is there any limit to how many free greens or reds you have in one meal? Also what are the portion sizes for red/green?
Can I have rice with chickpeas and a chicken breast and a salad in one meal?

I think you have got it right, you can snack on any free foods throughout the day, although my C suggests superfree, i try to but hunger sometimes gets the better of me! :sigh:

You still have syns so can use them for snacks too if you wish, although for maximum weight loss try to eat some fruit and veg for snacks (not that I always do!!) :D

Set myself a target of losing 3lbs this week with my C, so hope that I can achieve that with EE :)
