I'm in so much pain today from the gym! I can't believe how unfit I've become. I'm really determined to try to keep this up.
Food Diary...
Breakfast - 1 tesco light choice cumberland sausage (1 syn), 2 bacon medallions, baked beans, mushrooms, fried egg, 1 slice sm wholemeal bread (1/2 HEXb)
Lunch - 2 ryvitas (1/2 HEXb), 5g philadelphia light (HEXa), beetroot, ham
Dinner - sirloin steak w/ tesco maris piper mash w/ spring onions (2 syns), broccoli, leeks, mushrooms, red onions, homemade peppercorn sauce (HEXa)
Snacks - 2 rich tea fingers (2 syns), tesco slight bite corners (5 syns), 1 tesco light choice cumberland sausage (1 syn), 1 tsp ketchup (0.5 syns), double dip (3 syns)
2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
water
