I had red wine at a party but left the beige food alone lol.
 
Back to it after a week off with a chest infection.

Food Diary...

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (HEXb) w/ skimmed milk (HEXa), banana, actimel 0% (1.5 syns)

Lunch - chilli con carne w/ tinned new potatoes

Dinner - bacon and mushroom risotto

Snacks - jelly (0.5 syns), apple, oven chips w/ ketchup & el mayo (5 syns)

2 tea w/ skimmed milk (HEXa)
2 herbal tea
Sparkling water

Total syns = 7

Dinner - lamb kofta (made w/ 125g lean lamb mince 4 syns), ff natural yoghurt mixed w/ harrissa seasoning, wholemeal pitta (HEXb), 1 tbsp rf houmous (1.5 syns) couscous w/ chicken stock cube, cucumber, red onion, feta (HEXa), olives (0.5 syns), sundried tomatoes (0.5 syns)

Did anyone watch Horizon: Fat vs Sugar tonight? I thought it brought up some interesting arguements about the health implications of doing something like Atkins or Dukan. Made me glad I decided against Dukan in favour for SW!

Ive just started EE and doing it from home makes Minimins my food bible :)

Cheekily weighed myself this morning and since Sunday I've had a 3lb loss - delighted!!!

Hi hun. Congrats on the loss that's fantastic! Do you have a food diary? Really recommend doing one if you don't - I wouldn't of lost any weight without it and I certainly wouldn't have kept it off for so long. Good luck with it xx

Thanks Suzyflo! Good to see you back again. I've had an indulgent week and feeling whale-like for it. I went to a wedding on Saturday and was out of breath on the dancefloor so I'm definitely joining the gym this month even if I just go swimming a couple of times a week it's better than nothing. Hope you're doing well? x

You're welcome. I'm fine thanks, have fallen off the wagon a bit, new shifts at work have played havoc with my meal routine and an all inclusive holiday to sharm el sheikh had just topped it all off so I've just rejoined slimming world, new group, new start. I'm doing extra easy this time, think I've got my head around it :)

Ok so I've failed in keeping this updated but did go to the gym weds, thurs and fri and planning to go tonight too. Going to aim for 3/4 times a week as a minimum and even invested in some gym gear yesterday so look a bit more like a serious gym bunny. The weekend has been most certainly off plan food wise but will try to keep the next week updated.
