Extra Easy SP Extra Easy SP Plan

Hi, I'm on my second day of EESP and I'm loving it. I managed to have an unofficial gain of 6lbs over new year. If I could lose most of that by next Wednesday I'd be happy. I'm feeling so full on EESP that I'm struggling to use my heb and syns.

Hi people!

I am completely new to the forum (eek) I have a SP based question:

Its funny actually for months you dream of having 2 heBs and now I can I dont know what to do with myself!

If I have soup and bread for lunch (Tinned soup as HEB) does that count as some sort of S? or P? otherwise that meal is not 50/50 s/p.

also OIL has gone from the new book as HEB. ridic!

thanks in advance.

also any tips for the forum etc would be fab

Hi Hun
Welcome to the forum and this great thread :)
I love having two HEB's too it's great.
Whenever I have my HEB's as my main meal I just have abit of fruit afterwards. This morning I had weetabix and then a few pieces of fresh clementines.

Two lovely looking meals!

I've done Extra Easy SP for four days but have been slightly over on Syns every day. I had a sneaky mid-week weigh today and I haven't lost anything. . . feeling quite demoralised as I'm find SP very difficult but I need to boost my losses so I am sticking with it! Trying to stay under Syns today - I have changed every single meal to be EESP friendly so I am hoping that even with the few extra Syns so far, I will see some loss this week, and then once I get the Syns under control I hope to see better losses. But any positive news from weigh-ins would be encouraging!

Don't give up hun. It will eventually show. Sometimes our bodies take time to catch up. I usually only lose 0.5lb to 1lbs a week and Tues lost 4lbs. My best friend lost 8.5lbs. So it really does work hun. xxx

That looks really, really yummy! Thanks for sharing.

For those just starting on to SP good luck with your SP days.
I'm not sure I followed it 100% correctly but I intend to try it again in a few weeks.

I'm usually quite a slow loser and have increased my exercise (including strength training) which usually sees me STS or gain however I lost 4lb with SP this week.

This thread has been really useful for helping me to get my head around SP and to get some great ideas for my next SP week. So I will be continuing to pop in to the thread. Thank you for your support lovelies!

Hi guys!
I'm going to give sp a go starting next wed but as I cook most things in advance I'm getting prepared but as with anything new I'm a little confused and want to make sure I've understood it correctly as I just used mostly things I found in the cupboard and freezer lol
Soup:
Chopped tomatoes
Passata
Onion
Mushroom
Pepper
Swede
Beans
Mixed 5 beans
Veg stock cube
Garlic
Mixed herbs
Worcestershire sauce
It sounds strange but is surprisingly tasty :)
And this, paprika pork:
Loin pork steaks
Passata
Onion
Mushroom
Pepper
Cherry tomatoes
Peas
Red kidney beans
Garlic
Chicken stock pot
Mixed herbs
Worcestershire sauce
Smoked paprika

Thanks very much :)

hi Hun
I am so glad you've found my thread here useful well done on your 4lbs loss. That's what I lost this week too and like you my losses are normally very small too.
There's been some great SP meal ideas here too which have helped me keep on track with it.
I need a boost like this as I am going abroad end of Feb xxx
