I would also recommend:
Fat Girl (Paperback)
by Judith Moore (Author)

Hungry: Lessons Learned on the Journey from Fat to Thin (Hardcover)
by Allen Zadoff (Author)

If Not Dieting, Then What? (Paperback)
by Rick Kausman (Author)

The last one may seem strange but it has some great things for doing to develop a long-term awareness of your eating habits. Such as craving work, non-hungry eating awareness etc.
