Fajitas - gorgeous

    I made fajitas for tea last night and I loved them - 10 old style points for two but worth every point. I normally have loads of grated cheese and sour cream stuff but this time I didn't give in to them being there on the table.

    I had quorn pieces with mine, made them really spicy, filled it up with salad and oven roasted red peppers and red onions - I really felt like I wasn't dieting or missing out as i put some low fat grated cheese aside just for me. Mmmm kept me full all night as well.

    They sound delicious! When you say old points does mean the ProPoint value will be different cos they sound delish but I do PP!

    Yes the pp are different to discovery points and I don't know what they would be on pp but you will be able to work them out - I'd def recommend them - gorgeous.

    I'm having them for dinner tonight and have pointed them at 7pp each. Broken down:

    tortilla wrap - 4
    quorn chicken pieces - 1
    salsa - 0
    red pepper - 0
    onion
    bns chunks - 0
    dollop of half fat creme fraiche - 1/2

    Didn't point the seasoning tho, but think it would be less than a point per fajita.
