I made fajitas for tea last night and I loved them - 10 old style points for two but worth every point. I normally have loads of grated cheese and sour cream stuff but this time I didn't give in to them being there on the table.
I had quorn pieces with mine, made them really spicy, filled it up with salad and oven roasted red peppers and red onions - I really felt like I wasn't dieting or missing out as i put some low fat grated cheese aside just for me. Mmmm kept me full all night as well.
