Happy New Year everyone!

Last night I went to a party at my mum's for new year, and as she was doing a buffet I took along some SW bites so that I could stick to it.

I made Spicy Thai bites (delish!), onion bhajis (pretty yummy!), potato salad from latest SW magazine, carrots and celery with dips, and Falafels from latest SW magazine.

Everything went down really well, apart from the Falafels. They were pretty dry and tasteless really! Anyone else made these? Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

Hi, I don't think you did anything wrong - falafels are dry on their own and should really be served with dressings to overcome this.
