Hiya.

feeling a bit better but still have a lingiring pain. Have only mananged half a shake and 500ml water Will go to my own doc tomorrow if not better. Dont want to go through the whole cd with a doc i dont know and to be told to come of it. Hope fully i will be back in top form to morrow
