I've just found a great tool, its the faq on the blue bar at the top.... I'm a numptie when it comes to computers i'm sure the little 4 years old across the road is better qualified than me, so if you don't know what all the reps and thingys mean do what I do and pop up there have a read and come back- forget how to do it, then log out in frustration then log in the next day and try again lol...
