Two cups of tea,
Two boiled eggs and a brownie I've had today,

I suppose I haven't overindulged,
But I shouldn't have eaten the brownie, however, I am in excruciating pain and I think I deserved it lol

I'm having a steak with carrots for tea, don't think I'll be eating anything else on top of that :)

It's not massively bad, I ate all the wrong things though, felt ill all day very nauseous, and just been on the loo :-/

Hope I'm feeling more normal tomorrow, I have some lessons to plan!

I just accepted another job at the end of October working away again for 11 days, shouldn't be too bad this time, It was a month away last time and that was tedious!

It should pay for Xmas anyhow haha
Started writing lists today for people and thinking what they would like, it's a difficult one, I like to get quite meaningful gifts but it's not always that simple is it. Especially when a lot of my partners brothers are just into drinking!

I'm gonna buy them all in one hit in a months time,
I think I'm gonna get the other half a coffee machine, iPad mini and a new watch,

I missed two of his birthdays due to being a student and not having a penny to my name, so I'm making up for it this Xmas and really gonna treat him :) he Deffo deserves it!

I'm still awake,
I'm in pain :-/
Just a constant full ache, driving me mad!
On the plus side, my belly looks quite flat because I haven't been off the loo all day!! Lol

So there are 14 weeks until Xmas
My mini goal is -21lbs by Xmas, I've lost 3 of those so far, so another 18 to go,
If I lose 2lbs per week from now until Xmas that's a loss of 28lbs!
Which isn't too shabby
That would bring me down to 13st11lbs
That would be fantastic,
It can be done!
I'll be happy with another 11lbs off tbh, I'd like to be in the 14's
It's doable, I just need to crack down on weekends,

This weekend will be different as I'm quite busy baking cakes, last few cakes I have made I just ended up binning my off cuts and not eating them, which is the right thing to do to stop munching lol

Yesterday though, I had like a calzone from the take away :-/

And tonight, I've had a bag of white choc giant buttons,

Yesterday I was like 1800 odd calories, maybe more, probably more ! Lol

Today,
God knows, I never had breakfast or dinner, just eaten rubbish except my tea

Except I had a bad weekend haha

I'm trying to reel it in today,

But I had Burger King on Friday and a chinese and 3 bulmers last night!!

Granted yesterday I spent all day baking a bloody cake I didn't eat from 7pm til 3pm :-/
