Urgh I'm finding it so hard to get up in the mornings, proper exhausted!

Would love to go Australia, its definitely on my bucket list. The flight is definitely gonna be tough. The longest I have been on a plane is an hour.

I think its this heat, I am tired getting up too, more than when I go to bed.

Day 4!

We're on home made 5% fat beef burgers tonight, I'm a little bit excited haha smell good and I'm well hungry!!

Australia is exciting but a bit scary haha
It's the flight that's making me nervous, but I'm sure I'll be fine :)
My pal at work is dieting too, she's on day 4 and I watched her scoff 3 toffees earlier haha
I took them from her grasp like a good friend! Lol

I am not drinking enough, but I find it difficult to drink when I'm at work, too busy to pee never mind hydrate lol

Not bad, I need to cut bread out of my diet I think, and buy a bit more salad to go with teas etc.
I find a butty to eat at work easier than salad because I often eat as I work. As a teacher, I get no chance for a break haha

Morning!
Today I seem to be having lots of my calories for my dinner lol
There are two of those burgers leftover from last night, I'm thinking of putting one in for dinner today, staff room will be well jel when I whip out my yummy burger haha

I'm feeling good, just haven't got into a routine yet with sleep and getting up etc
Still finding it hard, especially when hubby keeps waking up too (I'm such a light sleeper).

Anywho best get to work!

Been a bit of a weird day, I haven't broke it as such, I didn't continue to eat a load of crap once I had eaten out

How's everyone else's day been?
I am so exhausted, been going to sleep at midnight and getting up at 6/6:30 each day since Monday, I just can't get back into the swing of things!
Hopefully that'll change next week lol
Tomorrow I shall be painting and decorating. I wet vacced my upstairs carpets after work, proper burnt up a sweat! Burn that baguette off haha

I have all my kids reports to write too this week, some planning and that's mostly it :)

Urgh but it's a lot! Lol

Weekends are always my downfall!
I've started the day with lean bacon, no fat and 2 eggs scrambled :)

I feel really sick, I ate a load of chocolate and crisps and just no :-( I just feel sick, like I'm going to barf!
Just goes to show doesn't it!

So, today is Monday again,
Last week I had two bad days!!
Better than before where I would have all bad days, lets put a line under it and get back on track.
For breakfast I'm going to have some shreddied.
Not sure about dinner yet, I've woken up late! Poop!
I might take in a load of fruit and just work through my dinner x
