Fat Free Yogurt on 790??

I rememeber reading that we could have fat free yogurt instead of our skimmed milk allowance...does anyone know how much it is?

Could I have one of the ww one's for example?

Just been to tescos @ lunch + stocked up on quaorn sausages! I can't believe we can have 6 a day!!

I use 100g of plain fat-free yoghurt from Tesco in place of my skimmed milk allowance.

The WW yoghurts have flavouring in them, not sure if that would be allowed!
