Fat Geek to Thin Geek - Lozzie's SW Food Diary/Blog.

I had a mix of chicken, salad, veggie kebabs, corn on the cob, & pasta, I grazed through! I had skimmed milk as my HEX A I don't think I used the full 350ml on a couple of coffee's though.

I used all my 15syns but used 8 on vodka and the rest on XL Mayo/ketchup/BBQ glaze.

When I was eventually emptyish again & everyone had profiteroles I had a bowl of mixed berries & fat free natural yog with a sprinkle of splenda.

I then had 2 Alpen lights as a HEX B :)

I think it's the fact I gained 4lb last week that I stuck to it 100%!!! Yog & Weetabix for me is :blergh: lol!!! over that idea!

Another day of 100%! EE Day today!

Awww! I've been going through a rough patch this week, emotionally but getting there now! Back on track most days.

I lost 2.5 lb last week & won our groups Woman of the Year. Well chuffed!!! Trying SOOOO hard now lol :)

Last week was a STS and this week I lost a lb! Which I'm really chuffed with as over the bank holiday weekend there was take out pizza, Chinese and the most booze I've drank in a while!

Annnnnnd I'm back! Sorry life seems to have gotten in the way but I've been going to group still & sticking to plan!

Ohhhh. Went on a lads night out with a few buddies on Sat being the only lass there, after loosing like 30lb I just can't drink like I used to. Que rather a lot of illness. Hangover from hell yesterday. I didn't stick to plan but I really only had soup, rice & a kebab (shish).

Back on it today for damage control.

RIGHT. THAT'S IT. gained 7lb over 2 weeks over Xmas. Blerg. Re-start!
