Hello and how are you? Yes not bad but getting a bit bored and fancying some bad syns like biscuits or choc or cinema popcorn so been struggling quite a bit recently . I'm not even writing my diary tonight I know I have had 23 syns today so I have to pull the reins in tommorrow but hopefully I will stay within syn balance for the week .. How's your plan going do you not find it harder when you are not online I really need to think I'm going to have to justify myself on here to keep me on the straight and narrow :)
 
Right I guess I have got to get my ass in gear I have been just too lazy to keep a diary for 2 weeks but I don't really want to get complacent so I'm continuing and I guess yesterdays food is a good place to start seeing as it was a Monday and also a weigh day so here goes
