Fatless sponge cake......

Hi just wondered if someone could confirm for me........ Double (as I have a giant cup cake tin) recipe of whisked fatless sponge (delia) works out at 4 1/2 syns per serving.........
Serves 12
6 eggs
150g Caster Sugar
150g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Baking powder

I think I've worked it out right but if someone could back me up I'll feel better about making it :)

The sponge is not fatless if it has eggs in it...just a minor observation...I eat three eggs a day so I am not scared of consuming fat...each egg contains 5g of fat I think...

Just about! this is the way i would do it..

28g caster suger = 5.5 syns
28g plain white flour = 5 syns
1 tsp baking powder = 0.5 syns

150g÷28g x 5.5 = 29.5 (rounded up)
150g÷28g x 5 = 27 (also rounded up)

29.5+27÷12 = 4.7 - so i would round that up to 5 myself to include the baking powder etc but you could prob get away with 4.5

hope that helps, let us now how it goes :)
