Hi all, I'm bak been of here for a while just haven't been on best behaviour!! N neither have I managed to loose my last bit.. Today I completed day1 which is good, felt loads easy no headaches or hunger pangs!!! I hope I can get all the support on here been reading loads of ppl's diaries, I've been around all along just a silent reader... Some fab stories, I've not gained but I've been unable to get out of the 12's so I'm hoping. Someone will really give me a kick up the butt lol.. X

Hey thanx u! Hows day two going for u? So far I've had an excellent day, if only every day can be like today n yesterday lol it's been so good n so easy, looking forward to weekend!! Xx
