Sorry I am so late everyone! Had no internet for a few days! Anyway, count me in! Yesterday was appauling! Went out for a Birthday Party last night and have decided that I definately used more syns than my weekly allowance so no more syns till weigh in!
Just had an e-mail telling me that our group has moved from Thursday till Tuesday this week, so got even less time! Ahhhhhhhh!

Going ok so far today. I was working this morning but got sent home because of the snow :) Was a bit naughty and have left the kids in nursery and having a bit of chill out!!

HE toast with spread (1 syn) for brekkie, JP and tuna mayo (1 syn) follwoed by muller light for lunch. oooooppppppppsssss cadburys wispa (11 syns) afternoon snack oooooooooppppppsssssssss. planning ommlette and SW chips for tea with 2 syns tom sauce and probably another yoghurt.

scales were horrid to me this morning - will try not to weight til thursday now and will then hopefully see 1lb gone!

Not had a good weekend let myself go, had wine and sponge pud :eek:,
dont no how much snys was in it, but looked sooooo good, had cream to:cry:,:break_diet:

but today new start on a red day which i really like doing, had no snys let, and trying not to, to make up a bit for weekend.

i weight myself on wednesday's so if ok will start my 100% from wed as this week not been good and got my son birthday party meal tomoz to,

my feb weight dates will be 11/2, 18/2, 25/2, 4/3

is that ok? or do i have to count this wed the 4/2 as my first one?
 
Grrrrrr cus of the snow I cant get to training tonight so I am missing 2 hours! I might have to make up one hour on Friday. It's not looking good for getting to the gym tomorrow either which I am really gutted about. I will have to go to the local one instead and see if I can recreate my program there but I don't think they have all the right equipment. Grrrrrrrrrr

My Feb starts today after consuming lots of alcohol yesterday.
Had a mugshot, melon, chicken with rice and onion and a small jacket spud. 2 syns on peri peri sauce.

That's fine hun, the official weigh in's are week starting 9/2, 16/2, 23/2 and 2/3 so that's right for what you've put anyway. We're not including this week as Feb only started on Sunday and people who WI at the start of the week will only have had a day or so.

Don't know why it keeps splitting my quotes in two but it won't let me change it (grrrrr :mad:)

Today I've been very good (smug lol), had ES sausage and trimmed bacon on 2 slices of WW wholemeal this morning. Lunch was the other 2 es sausages gone cold and salad leaves with 5 scan bran (worth a try for a boost lol) and 4 x dairylea light. This afternoon I had 5 minstrels for 3.5 syns and a highlights for 2 syns.
I walked home for lunch which admittedly is only 20 minutes totally walking but I did walk to and from this morning and evening too so that's another 20 but I do that every day. I think that's extra credit though exercising in this weather lol :gen125:
Tea is lamb (no fat) with turnip mash and spinach (all free) and 10g of quixo gravy for 2 syns. Takes me up to 7.5 syns, 2 x HEb and 1 x HEa for today. Might have another highlights later if I get a choccy craving, trying to stay 10 syns or below most days.
Our WI tomorrow has been cancelled as the schools are closed so the caretaker won't open the hall up. Might go to the wednesday class if the weather's better, if not then I can hope for a huge loss next week with all the 100%ing :innocent0002:
 
I haven't had any Syns yet today. I had poached eggs on toast for breakfast and Quorn spag bol for lunch. I might have a couple of alpen lights and an Options later
 
Hi, can I join this challenge please? I want to lose 7lbs in Feb although a couple more would be great!, and I have been 100% so far the last couple of days, even though it was my daughters birthday party yesterday I just had some chicken, salad and couscous!

Today been 100% so far and not had any syns yet, I may have a curly wurly tonight
 
i am sooooo proud. i got sent home from work today cos of the snow and chilled out a bit with a wispa. then i decided to get off my fat bum and did my exercise DVD - 45 mins. very pleased with myself for doing something productive with my unexpected spare few hours!!!

my sw chips are cooking and hubby is ready to do the omlette as his are great!! i have 2 syns theft for tom sauce. mmmmmmm looking forward to dinner
 
Still on plan, although i'm using all of my Syns (which is unusual for me!!)
Also done 33 minutes on the wii fit, I've been pretty good and haven't missed a day for a week now, but this is the first time I have done over 25 minutes!
It's my weigh in tomorrow, so I'm hoping for a loss, not expecting much according to my scales:sigh:, but a loss is a loss. I'm just coming to the end of TOTM, so hopefully will have a big loss next week, which is the week that counts right;).

I have started filling in my log over in the food diary bit, so anyone that fancies a nosy can go and have a look over there!

Aunt Flo is due to visit so I'm not going to beat myself up too much if I don't lose anything on Wednesday although it would be nice!
 
I really hope the snow doesn't stop us from getting to our WI's this week. I really want to get to mine tomorrow!
 
Contact your consultant hun, if it's in a place where the roads are treated it should be ok. If they cancel the class then they get no money so it's not in their best interest to do that! Well my scales are showing that I have lost another of those pesky pounds. At this rate I should have a STS at WI tomorrrow!
 
I started fast forward yesterday....went fine, but think it will be a struggle as far less food than usual. mind you, stood on scales and was down a pound this morning, so a little hunger might not be a bad thing!!! Just need to get this weight moving again!
